When starting out as a noob web designer you will need an html editor such as adobe's dreamweaver (there are many different editors that you can use, and they all will have basically the same principles). Dreamweaver may seem a little overwhelming when you first open it up, but rest assured that after watching some of my noob video tutorials you will have at least a basic understanding and be able to navigate your way through.
